What to Expect

Dry January doesn’t have to be about staying indoors and white-knuckling it til 1 February. What if it was an opportunity to really feel the benefits of going alcohol-free for a month? What if you saw these 31 days as an adventure? A chance to get curious about what brings you joy, what true relaxation feels like, and what happens when you show up for life as yourself?

I’m Ellie: a sober coach and mentor with six years of alcohol-free living under my belt. I live a life of true freedom from alcohol, because I have no desire to drink. I want to inspire you to start your own journey of self-discovery, where you get to choose how you want to live your one wild and precious life.

Over three 30 minute calls I will share with you the biggest mindset shifts and life-changing practices that allowed me to completely transform my relationship with alcohol.

These classes are ‘webinar-style’ so you will join with cameras and microphones off. You are very welcome to ask questions in the chat during the call, which I’ll answer at the end.

Set yourself up for success - top tips and mindset shifts. Let go of FOMO and focus on all you have to gain by going alcohol-free this January!
